These projects will help us achieve that goal, making Victorville a place where people want to work and live. We must also invest in workforce development programs that provide training and skills development for our residents, ensuring they are prepared for the jobs of the future. Partnering with local educational institutions, we can create pathways to careers in emerging industries such as technology, renewable energy, and advanced manufacturing.
